“I met Tracy A. at one of those massive, obnoxious bridal events – and thank goodness I actually went! Instantly after meeting her, I felt a sense of relief. On the big day (and at my trial – which she schlepped to my apartment in Queens at 10pm on a weeknight for since I have a crazy weird work schedule!), she was everything I’d hoped for – professional, kind, fun, funny, helpful, and more. She did everything from consulting with my 8 indecisive bridesmaids, supportive of my stepmom and the mother of the groom, making sure I actually ate something for lunch, being on-hand for touch-ups all afternoon (get the on the go Hair deal – I thought I didn’t want it but am SO glad I got them for extra time), helping me hold my dress while I peed… seriously, you name it. “Tracy is great! Besides the fact that she has the best personality, she is a true professional who does amazing work. My wedding was in October 2015, and I had two trials prior to that day (I was going back and forth between wearing my hair up or down). Tracy was so patient, never hesitating to put together another style for me or providing her welcome feedback. On the day of my wedding, we had 11 girls in total getting their hair and makeup done in the suite – Tracy was organized, accommodating, and well prepared to deal with an, at times, hectic morning. She brought an assistant to ensure we kept to the schedule. Tracy also came to my venue to touch me up later in the day, and she ended up touching up all of the other girls. I have heard other brides with horrible stories hair and make up don’t get along.. “Michele did an amazing job doing my wedding hair. I did 2 trials with her and knew she would be great on the big day. She was so patient and flexible with me and worked with me to find the style that I wanted. She was an excellent communicator the whole way through. She also has such a calming demeanor which is a really important quality on such a hectic day. I got married at a vineyard and she came out into the vineyard with us during the photos to make sure my hair and makeup stayed perfectly throughout.
